As the Marketing Manager, Enterprise, you'll join the growing Marketing team at Axon focused on selling life-saving solutions to private companies with a focus on Fortune 2000 corporations. You will be a growth marketer and utility player managing the development of our existing markets through traditional and digital marketing efforts while also collaborating with the Enterprise team on building new market verticals. Your role will be influential in building Axon's brand awareness and driving product market fit in emerging industries.

What You’ll Do
Location: Remotely, anywhere in the United States
Reports to: Director of Enterprise Marketing

• Growth Marketing / TOF Motion
• Act as a market expert, drawing from research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to build new markets 0→1
• Launch segment specific ABM to drive brand awareness and increase adoption
• Drive GTM strategy for upcoming collateral and partner initiatives
• Collaborate with the SDRs, Inbound Specialist, and Sales team
• Relationship Marketing
• Manage Customer Advisory Boards and industry relationship partners
• Collaborate with internal departments and Centers of Excellence
• Drive new partnership relationships and isolate new consultants
• Strategy Development
• Drive the GTM strategy for new products and new markets
• Partner with the Director of Enterprise Marketing and Director of Enterprise Sales to build the motion of market entry
• Be the market expert and go-to resource for internal and external strategic discourse

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS or technology company or startup
• Expertise in Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics & Tableau
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders
• Moderate travel and extended work hours may be required; anticipated (15-25% of travel)

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 84,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 150,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 105,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 188,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
