Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Syracuse area with a young lady with a developmental disability. She and her family are looking for a dedicated DSP to provide support and assist her with working on her goals, both at home and in community settings.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: accompanying and supporting her during community outings; assisting her to gain independent living skills; assisting her to increase her communication, social and safety skills and providing transportation, as needed.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Reliable vehicle and a valid NYS driver's license required.

Approximately 10 hours per week/schedule as follows:

Tuesdays: 9:00am-12:00pm

Thursdays: 9:00am-12:00pm

Saturdays: 9:30am-1:30pm

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour

The first bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 1/21/2024 to 6/8/2024. The second bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 6/9/2024 to 11/9 /2024.
