Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Syracuse area with a young man with Autism. The family is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him with transportation, support and assist him with working on his goals, both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting him during community outings, encouragement and support with utilizing social skills and supporting him with health and safety.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities a plus. Reliable vehicle and a New York State driver's license are required.

Work hours are flexible: Monday-Friday availability. Additional flexible hours available, as agreed upon with the individual. The pay rate is $25.00 per hour to start.
