Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Syracuse area with a young man in his early 30's. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with Personal Care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and general independence.

This individual is very friendly and set in his ways and asks that staff encourage him to come out of his shell and explore new activities in the community. He is a HUGE animal lover, enjoys trips to the Zoo and the airport to look at planes.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus but willing to train. Reliable vehicle and driver's license required.

Hiring for many shifts with flexibility:

Monday, Tuesday an Thursday 9:30 am - 2:00 pm

There is an ability for more hours once hired on. The pay rate is $20.55 per hour. EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The first bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 1/21/2024 to 6/8/2024. The second bonus will be a payment equal to 3% of wages earned from 6/9/2024 to 11/9 /2024.
