Minimum Job Qualifications: 

• Valid RN License in the State of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, managerial experience a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Strong communication skills

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with DON and ADON to oversee daily nursing operations
• Ensure adherence to job descriptions, fostering an efficient team
• Participate in facility surveys to maintain compliance
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing standards are met
