Charming Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is in search of committed RN Supervisors to support the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in ensuring exemplary patient care for our residents.
Shift: 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborate with the DON and ADON to assess, oversee, and manage day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department in compliance with prevailing rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to job descriptions by all nursing services personnel.
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) conducted by authorized government agencies as per the request of the DON and ADON.
- Conduct routine rounds of the Nursing Services Department to verify that all nursing staff are executing their duties in alignment with established nursing standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid RN License in the State of Florida
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care with managerial responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
