Job Description
Excelraise, LLC is a rapidly growing full service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued client*s includes fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies.
Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Business Analyst with our direct clientin Columbia, SC.
***This is 25% Remote Work***
Responsibilities:
- Document processes and procedures for various areas of otis or for projects with state agencies
- Analyze processes and propose improvements in suport of continous improvement activities
- Conduct requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis and management for projects
- Conduct needs assessments or gap anlsyses for projects
- Support stakeholder management with project managers
- Lead testing and solution/product validation in the software development lifecycle (sdlc) when needed
- Plan for testing activities
- Lead testing activities
- Track and manage testing activities
Required skills:
- Ability to take complicated processes and document them in ms visio or ms word
- Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation
- Analysis of processes and continuous improvement
- Testing of systems and bug/defect tracking
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred skills:
- Ability to identify, map, and support business processes
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and requirements
- Strong collaborator and strong ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work at a high-volume and fast pace
- Support regulatory compliance projects
- Strong schedule management and planning skills
Required education/certifications:
- 5 years related work experience
Preferred education/certifications:
- International institute of business analysis (iiba)
