Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Lead the creation and management of extensive career support programs designed to meet the unique needs of students, graduates, and alumni.
- Industry Collaboration: Forge and enhance partnerships with industry leaders to unlock employment opportunities.
- Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute forward-thinking strategies to assist graduates in achieving their career goals.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all career services activities comply with governmental, accreditation, and regulatory guidelines.
- Operational and Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations and personnel of the Career Services office, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and addressing issues.
- Reporting and Problem Resolution: Produce regular reports and develop solutions to challenges within the department, coordinating with relevant teams for execution.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
- Direct leadership of Career Services staff, adhering to organizational policies and laws related to hiring, training, and performance management.
- Integrity in Ethics: Demonstrates a strong adherence to ethical standards and a deep commitment to the core values of the organization.
- Communication Proficiency: Possesses outstanding skills in both verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and effective dialogue.
- Team Collaboration: Excels in building team unity and effectively resolving disputes, highlighting a strong collaborative nature.
- Client Focus: Prioritizes understanding and meeting client needs, adept at managing expectations with a customer-first approach.
- Task Delegation: Skilled in assigning tasks with precise instructions and ensuring successful follow-through and completion.
