Job Function:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Account Director to oversee work streams for key clients, with an emphasis on our AOR clients and Spirits industry. This role demands a marketing expert with 7-10 years of experience in account management, equipped with a strategic mindset and a dedication to excellence in client service. You will be entrusted with cultivating enduring client relationships and leading a talented internal team. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in advancing our agency's portfolio and sustaining our commitment to delivering superior marketing campaigns.. You will also assist in the creation, development, refinement and maintenance of departmental and and cross-functional operations, process and efficiencies, adhering to the following expectations.
The Sr. Account Director will be expected to oversee a multitude of tasks; including, but not limited to:
Qualifications:
The pay range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
