The Account Manager’s critical role is the day-to-day management of client relationships from ideation to completion while providing concise cross interdepartmental communication to all teams. They inspire the confidence of the client through presence, agile thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, manage client feedback and take appropriate steps to address challenges/concerns. This role can be based in either New York or Los Angeles.
This role includes the tracking of all creative deliverables, creation and oversight of production workstreams, organizing workflow and workload amongst the greater project team, and the management of daily project comms between the client and agency. The Account Manager ensures that the agency is delivering innovative digital output that matches overall client objectives and should have a keen understanding of digital production, as well as a deep understanding of social media management, processes, and timelines. This is an immersive role which services the Client’s internal team and is equal parts account and project management.

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
