Responsibilities
    Drive the development of local and regional sales throughout IME industry.
  • Focus on new business opportunities to increase referrals and revenue.
  • Increase market share in underperforming accounts.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding business in assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with the Regional Account Management team to ensure new clients are treated to the highest standards of customer service and long-term relationships are established.
  • Maintain consistent contact with clients; maintain awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations.
  • Actively promote services.
  • Work independently and with others to develop and achieve superior customer service, market knowledge and to exceed company's revenue objective
  • Gather and exchange information in an effort to increase referral and revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organizes and conducts client entertainment.
  • Evaluate the result of overall sales efforts regularly and report these results to the RVPs over the region.
  • Continuously analyzes the market and competition and identify external threats and opportunities; Adapt sales strategy to changing conditions.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directed.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Attend meeting and conferences and travel on an as needed basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid state Driver's License. Must be proficient in multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel. PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, WebEx.
  • Must be comfortable with efficient daily use of CRM platform SalesForce.
  • Must be confident in use of and presenting on video meeting platforms.
  • Must be able to divide work requirements between 70% office time and 30% travel.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed.
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently.
  • Must be able to use intuition and experience to effectively market the company's services.
  • Must have the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment.
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change or be added from time to time.
