Qualifications

2 years experience as a Manager in a high volume environment, experience in a new store opening (preferred)

· Knowledge of managing a very seasonal business - flexing up dramatically for the summer months and tightening belts in the winter

· A strong understanding of systems, both operational and developmental/training

· Excellent communication skills both with your team and with operational leadership

· Strong financial / business acumen and understanding of food safety standards, DOH regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
