2 years of Bar Management experience that has advanced knowledge of inventory and purchasing.

3 years of management experience at a busy restaurant

Floor Manager that is actively present with the customers and staff.

Problem solver and team player

Will work with a team of 3 other FOH Managers

Experience with Hibachi and sushi is a PLUS, but not required

ServSafe / Alcohol and Tips Certified

Must be available to work Work weekends and Holidays (Closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving)
