Job Overview:

Evolve Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse that specializes in Orthopedic care to join our team of providers. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position is based in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of [state]
• Minimum [X] years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital setting
• Experience administering injections and performing basic sonography is preferred
• Knowledge of Cerner or similar electronic medical record (EMR) system is a plus
• Strong understanding of infection control practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
