Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and promoting wellness. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the healthcare journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsRequirements:
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in family planning, administering injections, basic life support, ophthalmology, and other specialized areas is a plus
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Knowledge of spinal tap procedures, suturing techniques, and neonatal ventilator management is desirable
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
