**LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
Must have 2 yrs Cath Lab experience. Cover Endo and CVOR.
**candidate cannot have worked in Arizona for the past 12 months/one year as a permanent staff employee and does not have a currently active position at an acute care hospital or hospital system in Arizona (meaning even staff PRN). (2/4/2022)
- Unit: Cath Lab
- # beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases)
- Certs: BLS, must also be certified, if tech, they must have ARRT that can scrub! MUST have AZ license MRTBE CRT
- Cases: 10-25 cases per day.
- EMR: Cerner and Xper
- Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified.
- Weekend Requirement: Call - 8-12 days per month
- Holidays: Work into rotation.
- Tele :Phillips
- Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 6-630, M-F.
- Call: Call - 8-12 days per month
- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job.
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.
- Additional Notes: 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
