JOB SUMMARY
The Phlebotomist-Clinics is responsible for collecting patient specimens from clinic patients in accordance with established procedures. Responsible for distributing specimens to appropriate areas within St. Lukes laboratory. Responsible for general clerical duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience: N/A
Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduated from accredited phlebotomy program.
Experience: Six (6) months of phlebotomy experience.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certification as phlebotomist.
