Evolution power is Hiring a Solar Sales Consultant Near Tampa, FL
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record of sales success. Evolution Power offers competitive commissions with $2,000 base per month contingent on one sale per week.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop relationships with potential customers or networking to promote and sell solar energy systems
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess the energy needs and financial capacity of potential customers
- Create customized solar energy proposals based on customer's needs and budget
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively convey the benefits of solar energy systems
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the solar industry or related field
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and the ability to convey technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM & Financial platforms
- Ability to reach sales targets by the deadline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of local and state regulations and incentives related to solar energy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus nut not required
