Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.
Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and other financial data
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in guest relations and providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
