The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will support traditional program management responsibilities including technical oversight for large scale software application development efforts, staff coordination, service deliverables planning / monitoring, contract reporting, cost estimating, Issue resolution, risk identification / mitigation, and executive status reporting material development and presentation. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, a willingness to learn, grow and expand capabilities. As one of our program's primary customer interface, must be able to actively listen, understand customer expectations and concerns, and assure customer deliverable expectations are being managed and executed effectively. In addition, the TPM will be expected to drive, develop, maintain, and coordinate architectural strategy & roadmaps to effectively assist our customer in stewarding technology innovation programs and instituting full technology lifecycle management processes. They will also insure the program documents and implements appropriate technical guidelines or reference architectures, architectural decisions and approved design patterns, policies, and technical recommendations. The ideal candidate must be flexible, have a great attitude, and be willing to work outside of the box to accomplish our customer and program mission objectives.
