The Center for Workforce Inclusion is recruiting for a Program Technical Assistant position within the Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program through a grant administered program which provides support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, DC. Successful candidates must meet the age criteria of being 55 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States. Selected candidates will also be required to undergo a federal security background check.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to OHR Immediate Office (IO) by supporting and tracking internal correspondence data, updating intranet Content Management System, maintaining the Director's and Deputy Director's calendars, compiling documentation, maintaining/ developing reports and incoming mail, supporting conference development (researching/ recommendation), FOIA, records management and property management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Successful candidates must meet the age criteria of being 55 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States; able to pass a Federal Background check; HS/GED or 1-3 years college; 5 years’ experience in tracking, records management and admin functions, other related field. Candidates should possess demonstrated ability to organize, manage; multi-task, advise staff on all levels; Self-starters with strong customer relations and demonstrated ability to work independently and well as in a team environment. Competent computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Hours & Compensation:
Full-Time position working 40 hours per week @ $17.00 per hour, plus benefits including paid health insurance and generous vacation, sick and holidays.
