As a cloud security architect on our team, you’ll define, communicate, and implement security architecture to support mission-critical operations. You’ll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources to address the risk management framework (RMF). Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with customer and migration teams to ensure standards are met with information assurance and security requirements.
This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to secure your customer’s environment. You’ll continue to strengthen your expertise in Kubernetes, Prisma Cloud Compute, Trivy, Anchor, and others while mentoring tomorrow’s cloud security experts.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with designing and configuring security configurations and policies for Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
Experience with Kubernetes, including distributions, such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), or VMWare Tanzu
Experience with container security tools, including Twistlock and Prisma Cloud Compute, Trivy, or Anchor
Experience with deploying and maintaining applications, appliances, or machines aligned to DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) and Security Requirements Guides (SRG)
Experience with writing playbooks and scripts for automation tools, including Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with using, managing, and securing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline solutions, including GitLab or GitHub
Experience with designing, configuring, and maintaining security for Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud or Microsoft Azure for Government
Experience with scripting in Bash or Python
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, security operations, encryption, boundary defense, auditing, authentication, and supply chain risk management
Bachelor’s degree
DoD8570 IAT II Compliance Certification, including Security , CCNA Security, or GSEC
