Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Appointment Generator. As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with potential customers and has a passion for sharing value-added services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage appointments
- Successfully communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointments
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in equipment, service, or technology sales is a plus
- Stout outbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Self-motivated to meet targets/goals
