As our Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll report to the NW Director of Catering, who’ll help provide guidance and direction as you learn to assist the sales teams in various daily functions and larger projects.

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual, ready to take on the following responsibilities.

Customer Service:

  • Engage with customers by providing interaction on social media platforms, answering any questions they may have and directing them to the proper department.
  • Carry a friendly, energetic, personable demeanor and passion for great customer service, with a customer-first mentality.
  • Demonstrates that customers come first by serving them with a sense of urgency.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics, aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Generate high-quality written and visual content for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • In-house photography and editing as needed.
  • Monitor social media metrics, website analytics, and campaign performance to generate reports and actionable insights.
  • Research social media trends and correlate them to benefit the company.
  • Create marketing collateral and swag for in-house and off-site events.
  • Maintain current venue relationships while forging new venue relationships to expand ACT 3 Catering, El Koreano, and Twelve Baskets Catering business opportunities. Maintain contracts as needed.
  • Seek out, attend, and/or plan venue open houses and networking events and be a liaison for ACT 3 Catering, El Koreano, and Twelve Baskets Catering.
  • Develop websites and ensure they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience and SEO.
  • Regularly update website content, including menus, event information, promotions, and blogs to keep the websites current and engaging.
  • Engage employees with volunteering, celebrations, appreciations, and company newsletter.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and website development/management.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, website development tools, and their best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, analytics platforms, and web management systems.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and positive attitude.
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, Lightroom (or equivalent photo editing software), WIX, and Canva
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Self-motivating and flexible
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under the direction of others.
  • Ability to direct others in a positive manner.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Previous experience as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator; experience with weddings and special events preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
