Position Overview:
As the Content Creator at Ruda Construction, you'll spearhead the creation of compelling content that showcases our projects, expertise, and company ethos. From capturing breathtaking aerial views to crafting engaging video narratives, your role will be pivotal in conveying our story and captivating our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content that highlights our projects, processes, and achievements.
• Drone Operations: Utilize drone technology to capture stunning aerial footage of construction sites, completed projects, and other relevant scenes.
• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, cohesive video pieces, incorporating visual effects, music, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Photo Editing: Enhance and retouch photographs to ensure visual consistency and quality across all digital platforms.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Creative Direction: Provide creative input and direction to ensure that video and drone content effectively communicates our message and resonates with our target audience.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of video and drone equipment, including cameras, drones, and editing software.
• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and drone technology to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, marketers, and designers, to coordinate content creation efforts and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video production, drone operation, and video editing, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
