Position Summary:
We are rapidly accelerating the size and capability of our revenue org and are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations who will be a strategic partner and advisor to key stakeholders.
You will be a critical leader in the go-to-market organization, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, and partner with leadership and teams across Marketing, CS, Finance, Ops and Product to drive collaboration and improvement. You will help design the strategy, build (then maintain) our infrastructure, dramatically improve analytics, while enabling focus on what matters most.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in a mid-market Revenue & Sales Operations function with 5 years of experience.
Salary Range: $150,000-$165,000, based on experience, 15% bonus potential
