Here’s What We’re Looking For:

· Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

· Sales experience and a completed high school diploma are required

· A drive and excitement to exceed expectations and achieve sales goals

· Meet personal/customer service team sales targets

· You’ll be educating guests on EWC's programs, offers, and promotions

· You’ll be educating guests on EWC’s proprietary retail portfolio

· A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor

· A professional appearance always

· Has a passion for the beauty industry

· Ability to be productive in a team or by themselves

· Managing the flow of guests in and out of the location

· Managing the Reservation Book

· Must be available to work 3-5 shifts per week including (1) weekend day

· Must be available to work nights and weekends

· Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facility
