Litehouse Pools & Spas is seeking proactive, assertive, and persuasive individuals for our Sales Manager – Retail Manager – Sales Director positions.

Managers will enjoy the opportunity to control their own destiny and financial rewards and will direct a team to provide unique solutions and peace of mind to individuals and families by selling family home entertainment products such as swimming pools, hot tubs and outdoor furniture.

Sales Manager – Retail Manager – Sales Director Will Direct a team to:

· Work effectively to meet the needs of our new customers to best service their desire for family home entertainment.

· Quickly responding to customer needs from our existing large customer base.

· Close new business and provide an exceptional client experience.

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage new leads.

The Sales Manager – Retail Manager – Sales Director should be:

Successful applicants’ compensation for the Sales Manager – Retail Manager – Sales Director would include:

· Competitive base pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
