- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects and teams.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in welding techniques for equipment repair.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Customer service-oriented mindset to address maintenance needs promptly and professionally.
