Customer Service Lead

Summary:

• Eureka Golf Products is an E-Commerce business based in Charlotte NC and was founded in 2002. The Customer Service Lead handles multiple responsibilities as well as other general office duties. This position reports directly to the Daily Operations Manager and oversees many activities within the office.

Primary Duties: [1]

• Order Processing - Pull orders from multiple sales channels
• Provide personalized orders to the production lead
• Process and distribute warehouse orders
• Communicate drop ship orders to outside vendors
• Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner
• Shipping – Print shipping labels, package, and ship all customer orders
• Customer Service – manage customer-related communications and inquiries via email and phone.
• General Office Duties
• Monitor and order office and shipping supplies
• Assist with assembly and boxing of finished products
• Weekly audit of orders to ensure products have shipped and been charged

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Essential Skills:

• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret customer orders
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from manager, customers, and co-workers
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; crouch, talk, and listen. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. The employee regularly works in office and warehouse environments.

Hours:

• This is a permanent position with an average of 35-40 hours per week, although more hours are available if the candidate has other skills, can perform light warehouse and/or light product assembly.
• These hours increase around Father’s Day, July-August and during the Christmas holiday season which begins at Thanksgiving and goes through December 22.
• Sunday work is required on 5-8 Sundays each year during these busy times.
