We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
```Duties```
- Communicate and follow up with members
- Eligible to travel (Trade Shows) in the US
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- File and computerize documents for easy retrieval
- Serve as a clerk by answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Ensure phone etiquette is upheld by answering calls promptly and professionally
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English Preferred
- Strong proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Ability to file and computerize documents accurately
- Proven ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with general office procedures
