LHH is partnering with a Software company in search of a Sr HR Manager. This person will play a crucial role in shaping their workforce and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. You will be responsible for compensation, recruitment, employee relations, training, etc. ensuring that the HR practices align with their overall business objectives.
Top Requirements:
- Gaming industry experience strongly preferred; open to tech/software experience
- Strong multi-state and labor laws experience (CA, TX, MA, WA, NY)
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic HR plans and policies
- Create a compensation strategy
- Manage organizational growth structure and performance/change management plans
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Analyze HR operations effectiveness and re-engineer processes for efficiency
- Anticipate human resources-related needs and lead workforce planning
- Drive employee life cycle management from onboarding to offboarding
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 8 years of progressive HR experience with 5 years in HR management (100 employees)
- HR Certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR) is a plus
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
- Someone who's proactive, extremely detail oriented, and takes ownership
