Icw is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Team Manager Near San Diego, CA

The Talent Acquisition Team Manager serves as the lead in the design, management, delivery and reporting of metrics as it relates to Recruiting Pods efforts and execution. The role will operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and provide excellence in communication, influence and relationship building. A love of data and operational excellence will be key components of this role.

What You Will Do

Leads and oversees a team of recruiters focused on highly critical and high-volume roles, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with recruitment goals, KPIs, and objectives.

Recruitment

  • Creates recruitment plans and goals based on work force plans.
  • Continuously assesses and refines the talent acquisition strategy to rapidly adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
  • Develops various recruiting strategies to include active and passive pipeline development.
  • Manages full cycle recruiting process for a small desk of requisitions.
  • Develops a network of industry, academic, and community contacts to create a pipeline of candidates for future openings.
  • Attends events representing ICW Group and promotes the brand and benefits of working at the Company.

People 

  • Assists in providing daily direction to the Talent Acquisition (TA) POD Team Members.
  • Provides ongoing coaching, support, inspiration, and development to recruiters fostering a high performing team environment.
  • Facilitates problem-solving and pro-actively escalates issues to TA leader when necessary.
  • Supports the TA leader in strategic recruitment project delivery.
  • Provides training and mentoring to new team members and trains current team members on best practices.

Metrics/Data

  • Tracks recruitment metrics, analyzes data, and prepares regular reports on key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, ratios of candidate submittals to hire, and various other metrics.
  • Utilizes data and analytics to track effective recruiting metrics, assesses the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and makes data-driven decisions to improve hiring processes.
  • Regularly reports on key recruitment performance indicators to senior management.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Fosters and maintains excellent relationships with cross-functional peers and groups.
  • Serves as the point of contact (POC) for stakeholders as it relates to communicating and presenting Recruitment strategies and deliverables relating to department needs and service level agreements.
  • Serves as first POC for escalated items related to the Recruitment PODS.
  • Builds strong partnerships with business leaders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor, and providing consultative recruitment strategies. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

This role does not have direct reports but mentors and/or trains Recruiting Team Members in support of the Pod Recruiting Groups on Company and Recruiting procedures.

What You Bring To The Role

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum 7-10 years of related talent acquisition experience required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

Talent Acquisition certifications preferred. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Strong high volume and/or sales recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment with additional exposure in a team leadership role.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, attention to detail, and solid project management skills.
  • Competent in the use of technology and Microsoft Office applications with Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
  • Exposure and desire to engage in social networking strategies to engage potential talent.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating, multi-tasking, organization, and execution.
  • Current knowledge base of Recruiting best practices, California, federal and local labor laws relative to staffing.
  • Sophisticated interpersonal skills that project a sense of optimism, “can-do” spirit, and fun with the ability to adapt style depending on situation.
  • Ability to build solid partnerships with hiring managers and establish relationships with candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Office environment – no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands and employees are regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, and hear.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates in an office environment and requires the frequent use of a computer, telephone, copier, and other standard office equipment.

The salary range listed for this position, $99,166.86 to $167,238.07, is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education. In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. We typically do not hire towards the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package outlined below.
