Job Description:

As the central group responsible for the oversight of initiatives across all DTCC’s businesses and internal functions, the New Initiatives Office (NIO) uses a variety of tools to facilitate the initiative governance process.
One of the key functions of the NIO is to provide various levels of reporting on initiative portfolios, including financial and risk information, which is used throughout the company.
The Enterprise Portfolio Analytics role is primarily responsible for developing and generating reporting as well as supporting NIO data and system needs.
Responsibilities:

Generating semi-automated standard and ad-hoc portfolio reports based on data from various sources
Developing and automating reports with various data tools
Supporting portfolio data analytics by enhancing existing reports or creating new data to help inform portfolio decisions
Monitoring data quality across NIO applications
Maintaining internal SharePoint and MS Teams sites
Assisting with development of NIO tools and training
Writing supporting documentation for systems and reporting
Aligning risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with Master’s or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Excel
Basic knowledge of SQL queries, SharePoint/MS Teams, and data management
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with portfolio management, Power BI, or Micro Focus Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) application a plus
