Key Responsibilities

• Generate and prepare invoices to customers
• Ability to apply payments and manage credit card transactions
• Process payments received, apply them to the appropriate accounts, and reconcile discrepancies
• Process and research COD tickets and invoices along with researching cash receipts, coding/posting of receipts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate/organized financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and support financial reporting
• Research tax-exempt qualifications
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain and create excel spreadsheets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent AR experience
• Proven experience in accounts receivable 
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with high volume accounts receivable
• Self-starter and able to adapt to many different roles
