Sales Executive Position at Ergo-Flex Technologies, LLC.Ergo-Flex Technologies is in search of a Sales Executive who is highly motivated and results-oriented to become part of our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a committed sales expert who strives to make a significant impact in a fast-growing industry. As an essential member of our sales team, you will have a vital role in boosting our company's revenue by discovering new business prospects, establishing connections with potential clients, and finalizing agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Present our equipment to potential customers through detailed product demonstrations, highlighting the distinctive features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities which includes sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Stay up-to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows to showcase our products and services and form new connections.
  • Deliver precise and timely reports to the sales manager regarding sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive, preferably within the medical industry.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive for success.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events.
