JOB OVERVIEW
The New Client Accounts Specialist - Onboarding Associate serves as a point of contact for establishing and funding new accounts.
The ideal candidate for this role strives to enhance and expand client relationships to improve client satisfaction, and provides additional opportunities or education related to ETC products and services available.
This role often works cross functionally with the Sales, Client Services, and Operations teams to strengthen client loyalty, referrals, and retention.

The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
