Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large sets of data.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable functions.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Experience in the home building/construction industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements to current policies.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Prepare and process cash receipts.
• Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations.
• Manage collection efforts and related functions.
