Epson is urgently hiring a seasoned CNC Programmer Operator with a deep understanding of machining, tooling and fixtures. This role requires someone who is collaborative, and team orientated – working closely with our Engineering team to create unique parts for our manufacturing process. Using blueprints designed by our teams, the CNC programmer is responsible for bringing these pieces to life! Our ideal candidate is someone who can machine creative solutions to complex problems, is fluent in CNC programming and operation (3-axis), as well as knowledgeable in tooling and Master Cam.

Position Summary
The CNC Programmer Operator position works under minimal supervision to support in-house machining needs based on established business strategies to ensure continual improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policy. The CNC Programmer Operator is responsible for the programming, set-up, and operation of the machining center to fabricate precision parts using independent judgment and initiative.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in an office, manufacturing, cleanroom and/or warehouse environment that is subject to moderate to high levels of noise, specialized apparel and safety equipment, and moving mechanical parts.
