Epson is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in plastics to independently analyze existing manufacturing processes and look for opportunities to improve the manufacturing operation. Our ideal candidate will have several years of experience working with automated manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will be self-directed and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-departmentally and provide guidance and training directly to technical personnel.

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer works independently to implement companywide manufacturing processes within defined guidelines. This role designs, fabricates, and evaluates manufacturing operations. Using their strong analytical, diagnostic, and investigative skills, the Manufacturing Engineer will determine methods and procedures to solve complex problems.
