Impact Academy is seeking an energetic, flexible and highly organized School Office Manager to manage operations, enrollment, attendance reporting, student data systems, and the front offices at our middle and high school in Hayward, CA.

Who You Are
Position Summary:
The Office Manager is a self-directed, team-oriented individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent technology skills. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the middle and high school's compliance reporting, student data, and manages the front offices at our middle and high schools. The Office manager provides administrative support and special project management to support the school community and administrative team. This person reports to the Principal.

12 month position, the salary range is $70,000-$80,000 and is dependent upon years of aligned experience and credentials. The total compensation package for Envision teachers also includes:
