Job Summary: The ideal Project Manager/Estimator is an individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience project managing or estimating civil and/or environmental construction projects. You will work directly with our clients to ensure their projects are successful. This position is 75% project managing and 25% estimating, depending on workload and construction backlog. As a Project Manager, the position oversees all aspects of projects, including the management and development of project supervisors, field crews, and field activities. The Project Manager/Estimator reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is eligible for full benefits and a company vehicle. Responsibilities include estimating projects (see below), implementing quality control programs, creating S.O.P.s, managing schedules, work orders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This role is crucial to ERC's goals related to site safety, quality control, and staff training and development.
