Job Description

Enviro-Clean, Inc. - a Fort Wayne based leading Janitorial Company specializing in General Office & Medical Cleaning is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Management team as an Office Coordinator / Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate for this position should be detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on multiple office responsibilities and provide excellent customer service. The Team member will be responsible for Human Resources, Customer Service, general office duties and Vendor Relations.

Office Management:

• Interviewing potential new hires
• Organize and help with training.
• Supply / Inventory of all chemicals & equipment
• Help manage employees - questions, concerns, call-offs, performance reviews
• Office duties: customer & employee communications, monitoring times, answering phones, and scheduling.

Requirements:

• 2 plus years experience Microsoft Office 365, payroll & time management software experience a plus
• Willing and motivated to learn.
• Work well with others
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with a team and as an individual
• Acceptable criminal background check

Pay: $47,500.00 - $52,500.00 per year
