As we work towards our vision of having 1,000 team members and impacting the lives of over 600,000 clients, we are looking for a Claims and Desk Adjuster to join our Project Support Team as a key catalyst in helping us impact the lives of our clients for years to come!
What would I be doing?

• Build and maintain relationships with adjusters
• Review written invoices and estimates, and negotiate with adjusters as needed
• Communicate with applicable Entrusted team members to provide detailed updates
• Other duties may be assigned

• Meet cycle requirements for collecting on invoices and for scheduling rebuild meetings
• Maintain initial budget % for Project Managers when they start their projects

What does it take to win in this position?

• Experience as a desk or claims adjuster is preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Humble, teachable, and team player - your focus is on the helping the team win
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and effective communicator
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Must be comfortable using various computer software and programs
