The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional service while addressing inquiries related to respiratory equipment. The representative will assist customers in selecting appropriate respiratory products based on their needs and medical requirements. Additionally, the representative will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in medical billing.
