Key Responsibilities

Work closely with other Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other staff to perform the following duties:

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses including 2-D modeling.
• Perform floodplain mapping and delineations.
• Evaluate drainage issues and develop creative solutions.
• Help develop drainage master plans.
• Design drainage facilities including culverts, storm drains, and more.
• Perform research, synthesize data, and write reports.
• Assist in client contact and communications for projects and tasks.
• Attend client meetings.
• Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work and cost estimates.
• May be expected to perform fieldwork.

Skills/Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 8 years of experience with stormwater projects.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) License or ability to pass the PE exam within 12 months of employment.
• Excellent written and communication skills and strong math and science skills.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project software.
• Familiarity with ESRI ArcMap.
• Experience using HEC-RAS, FLO-2D.
• Experience with other hydrology & hydraulics programs is a bonus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil3D is also desirable.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
• Flexibility to work partially remote also an option.

Salary Range is $90,000 - $130,000 ( OT, Bonus, and 401K).
