Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in creating/updating manufacturing documents within regulated industries for a 6-month position.
Job Requirements:
BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering
2-4 years of experience creating/updating manufacturing documents (Process plans/equipment designs/etc.) within automotive, medical, or aerospace regulated environments
US Citizen only
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Six Sigma and Value Improvement projects
Familiarity with Capital Equipment Request Authorizations (CERA's)
Knowledge of equipment/tooling/fixture design and procurement
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
Conduct process capability studies, process development, and report preparation
Design and coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments
Procure and fabricate equipment tooling and fixtures
Troubleshoot new and existing product/process problems related to design, material, or processes
Complete and manage CERA's
Prepare standard reports/documents for technical community
Identify, implement, and manage equipment requirements to support production goals
Train and/or provide work direction to operators/technicians
Pay Details: $34.00 to $45.00 per hour
