Hotel Maya a DoubleTree by Hilton seeks a Director of Restaurants to join our Long Beach, CA team. Fuego Restaurant and Bar is a well-established exciting Latin-inspired restaurant that has been a staple in our community for years. We seek an experienced candidate to direct the activities of the Food & Beverage outlets while maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
The right person will possess the following experience, knowledge, and skills:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced, high volume free-standing fine dining restaurant. Must possess leadership skills directing multiple food and beverage outlets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards and liquor laws. Organized union & Hotel experience preferred.
Branded experience preferred
