This role would be excellent for a growing Environmental Compliance professional with at least seven years of experience who is looking to be on the cutting edge of emerging technologies through continuing professional development.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Preparing environmental compliance reports by local, state, and federal requirements (e.g., RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA)
• Periodic travel to client locations throughout the U.S. to perform environmental compliance audits or to assist clients with specific environmental compliance tasks
• Preparing stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, and hazardous waste contingency plans (HWCPSs)
• Preparing environmental permit applications for air emissions, stormwater discharges, and wastewater discharges
• Managing projects while mentoring junior-level staff
• Ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive action is taken to address non-conformance at client sites
• Assisting with labor/material estimates and proposals
• In some cases, providing clients with project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work associated with environmental regulatory compliance and permitting. 

Qualifications:

• We require a minimum of a BS in environmental science, engineering, or related field

• A minimum of seven years experience in the environmental field is required
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills are required
• Licensed Professional Engineer is preferred
• Experience in the following is preferred:
  1. SPCC requirements
  2. EPCRA 312 and 313 reporting
  3. Hazardous waste requirements
  4. Air emission source permitting
  5. Stormwater/wastewater (NPDES) permitting
  6. Compliance auditing
