Enphase is seeking a Staff HR Systems Analyst reporting to the Sr. Manager HR Systems to join our team and oversee the maintenance of the company’s future HR system (primarily Workday) as well as identify gaps and opportunities for upgrading HR systems based on new technologies and trends. The HR Systems team enables our internal customers to optimize and/or facilitate their programs through HR Systems & technology.
